Cameleon 4000 Dust Extractors are Atex22-certified industrial cleaner (400 volt) for use with explosive and conductive dusts, solids and liquids. An industrial side channel blower is designed for continuous operation, while there is an antistatic polyester filter, practical manual filter-shaking and a AISI304 stainless steel bin supplied as standard.
The filter and operating features of Cameleon 4000 Dust Extractors make them suitable for use in all Atex 22 areas. These are classified as spaces where a mixture of air and flammable substances – in the form of powder or dust – is not likely to occur in normal operation, but if it does occur, will persist only for a short period.

The Inert EX Fluid System technology makes it possible to extract the potentially explosive dusts directly into an inert liquid (oil or other, depending on the type of suction medium). This eliminates the risk of explosion inside the machine caused by friction or electrostatic charge.
Performance features
Powerful portable welding fume/vapour/gas extraction is delivered via 1 or 2 arms, which increase the vacuum area to a length of approximately 1.5-2.0m at the car.
