The Cameleon E1000 IQ is the very latest in fume extraction systems for bodyshop professionals. It is designed to extract directly into an inert liquid. It provides repairers with maximum protection from the Multi-Material-Mix (MMM) by-products produced when working with bonded panelling.

In MMM repair environments, where lightweight materials such as aluminium and Carbon Fibre Reinforced Plastics proliferate, vehicle panels are increasingly rivetted or bonded. As part of the repair process, adhesive bonds must be thermally dissolved. This generates an extremely toxic fume/gas mixture – often containing cyanide – that is hazardous to health.

The combined filter collects small-large particulates in the dropout chamber.

Inert EX technology makes it possible to extract the potentially explosive dusts and fumes directly into an inert liquid (oil or other, depending on the type of suction medium). This eliminates the risk of explosion inside the machine caused by friction or electrostatic charge.
