Installation
When you choose to install a Globaljig System or any type of equipment supplied by Tri-Sphere, delivery is only part of the service. Installation, where appropriate, is a vital part of your purchase package.
We will provide you with a comprehensive and fully costed installation price. As well as ensuring that everything works as it should, we can also provide user familiarisation and/or user training as part of your package.
Data Package
OE quality repairs are about more than having the right equipment to do the job and the skills to know how to use it. It’s also about access to accurate vehicle data. As part of your Globaljig Systems purchase, Tri-Sphere provides a very competitively priced Data Package.
The data changes as each new model of car comes along, so be sure to keep your subscription up to date. Please note that data access is not transferable.
Recalibration
It is essential that your systems and equipment are recalibrated annually. As well as satisfying quality standards, this ensures operational efficiency, accuracy and safety for your staff. It also provides peace of mind from a road safety perspective.
Tri-Sphere is the sole supplier of Globaljig Systems as well as Globaljig parts to the UK and the Republic of Ireland. As part of our recalibration service, damaged parts such as measuring tapes, for example, will be supplied and fitted.
Providers of general recalibration service contracts are unlikely to be able to either supply or fit new parts for you.
Our recalibration service is competitively priced. Your Recalibration Certificate conforms with all quality standards and is also provided with the assurance that any replacement parts are supplied as OE and fitted by experienced engineers.
Service and Maintenance
Tri-Sphere can service and maintain your equipment. This can be part of a service contract, which can also include annual recalibration if required. To get the best from your equipment, we recommend an annual service that will keep your system operating safely, efficiently and ergonomically.
Over time, bearings develop hard surfaces that hinder the free movement of blocks over crossbeams. Easy movement is essential to the accuracy of repair.
Training
Appointed some new repairers? Consider a training session with one of our specialist operatives. As well as helping new users to acquire the skills and practices they need, we also pitch training sessions to established users. These are designed to help them get the best out of the equipment they are using and to better understand the various operating procedures from an equipment safety point of view.
