Koala Quick Pull System

The Koala Quick Pull System is a small straightening and pulling bench developed by Globaljig. It adds versatility and revenue potential from quick turnaround jobs to any bodyshop. It is suitable for a range of quick pulls. Standard equipment  includes 4 anchoring clamps, pulling tower and 4 wheel stands. The Koala can also accommodate a number of accessories from the Globaljig Universal Repair System.

These accessories may include the McPherson Bridge (E121) for strut and upper body comparative checks. Anchorages for Mercedes vehicles (D223/7) are also available. Koala is compatible with a range of measuring systems, electronic or mechanical, from different equipment manufacturers.These can easily be utilised without compromising pulling capacity thanks to the variable height between the Koala bench and the under body of the vehicle to be repaired.

The puller can be positioned at any point around the bench and lifts to 1.6-metres.

Installation

The Koala can also be supplied as a flush fitted version. A cover allows the available space to be used for parking, for example, when the bench is not in use. Ideal for for all aspects of body repair, the Koala is perfect for estimates, diagnoses, stripping and re-assembly of vehicles. It’s also ideal as a lift for
re-finishing and touch-up. Users often utilise the Koala as a wheel-free lift in conjunction with wheel-alignment systems.
