The Super Rotax System (5m)

For a wide range of vehicle repairs, choose Globaljig’s Super Rotax System, with a 5-metre frame.

It features a drive on system and a hydraulic tilt mechanism. Drive-on loading is very easy. The 5 tonne scissor-lift can be raised to up to 1.75m. The result is a working height that suits almost any operator.

The beams and blocks are mounted on bearings for easy movement. Specialist tools include an overhead McPherson Bridge for strut and upper body comparative checks.

If your customers run fleets of vans with long wheel-bases, the 6m version might be an alternative to consider.

The Super Rotax system is one of the strongest collision repair pulling units on the market. It works by direct pulling rather than vector pivot pulling.

Some pulling systems pull from the centre of the upright. The on-board Globaljig puller of the Super Rotax provides pulling power from whatever height you require.  It is easily moved around the bench. It can be anchored to any point. Sill adaptors for inverted sills are available as accessories.
