The Globaljig Evolution 5000

Evolution 5000 is the latest Globaljig System in a range of successful collision repair equipment already available from Tri-Sphere. You might say that the Evolution 5000 is electronic measuring system-ready.

The 5-metre system features a Vector Pulling unit that’s robust as well as powerful. The enhanced scissor-lift has a lifting capacity of up to 5000 kgs. There are 6 cross beams and the length of the bench is 5-metres.

Crossbeams

The extra crossbeam means that the number of potential anchoring points has been increased. This also improves weight distribution. Panel beaters will appreciate the adaptations, as the bench  can be inclined to facilitate easier drive-on loading. Any vehicles disabled through impact damage can be loaded more easily, thanks to an optional electric winch.

Mono-cube technology is an essential part of the patented design features of the Evolution 5000. The technology has helped to establish Globaljig as one of the leading all-makes chassis repair systems.

The Evolution 5000 is designed to be fully compatible with the latest 3-Dimensional measuring systems such as TruScan, from Chief Automotive.
