New RV/JLR 700 Riveting System
The electro-hydraulic RV/JLR 700 Series Structural Riveting System is the latest welding system from Tri-Sphere.
It meets all the standards for use with JLR vehicles.
The RV/JLR 700 is a true riveting system. It provides all round riveting capabilities, allowing operators to perform nut inserts and complete blind riveting or hole punching tasks with ease.

Introducing Tri-0xyclean: the solution to safe surface interiors that also eradicates unpleasant smells and harmful gases from vehicle interiors.
The self-contained automatic procedure produces Ozone inside the cabinet. This kills viruses and eliminates odours. No chemical agents are involved. It’s a self-contained virus and odour eliminator.
How does it work?
The two feeder tubes are introduced through a slightly lowered window. The window is sealed with tape. Aircon is switched to ‘recycle’. The Tri-0xyclean system is activated.
Inside the cabinet, Ozone is generated by the built-in air-cooled quartz Ozone tube.
Ozone quickly and completely decomposes harmful VOCs. Formaldehyde, ammonia and benzene are good examples often found inside the cabin.
Longterm smells such as cigarette smoke, alcohol and food are also deodorised.
Tri-0xyclean’s Anion process purifies the air and eliminates dust, soot and static electricity. It also neutralizes other harmful gases generated by workshop servicing and body repair processes.
