Standard RV 700 Riveting Tool

The standard RV 700 Riveting Tool is a battery operated cold riveting system that delivers OE quality results every time. It’s the ideal tool for bonding aluminium panels together and/or for removing rivets.

Operators can adjust the applied pneumatic force (kN level) according to OE recommendations. Pressure and speed controls increase accuracy and enable rivets to be inserted without panel distortion.

The microprocessor controlled system is fully updatable and futureproof. Data downloads are collected and riveting data is recorded. These functions allow the creation of specific riveting programs and the generation of job reports.

An LED display provides real-time fault analysis and information about the set-up, pressure and actual installation force applied every time. A vehicle-specific job report confirms the time and date of each task proves the required pressure was applied to each rivet.A fail-safe feature prevents the operator starting a riveting job if there is insufficient battery power to complete it
